Our Mission - What We Do

Atlas’ mission is to do its part in restructuring our education system so that everyone has an adequate opportunity to learn. We have developed a template that will ensure that current and rising educators are equipped with the tools needed to move this generation and the next into the direction needed to produce students who are diplomatic in their choices and promising in their delivery; thus, Atlas’ services are two-fold. Atlas recruits and equips educators so that they are key in leadership and supported in the communities in which they thrive no matter what capacity they serve in the school system. In addition, Atlas recruits, trains and certifies students for a career in both the non-traditional (vocational-based) and the traditional settings (4-year college) after their completion of high school.
